What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Bloating Of Abdomen While On Paragard IUD?

I have the paragard iud. Period is 22 days late . I spotted one time after intercourse. Today I passes like a thick glob of blood and that was it. Pain on my left sight of abdomen and my stomach looks swollen. I have taken multiple home pregnancy test but all negative. What is wrong with me

I really appreciate your concern, if such vaginal bleeding is there with the history of IUD then it need to be investigated for proper placement of IUD, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
