What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Breasts And Lower Back Pain?

Lately my sides my stomach ribs and lower back have been hurting my breasts have been very sore and anyway I lay or sit up I have very bad pains. I was supposed to start my menstrual period a week ago but that s when all the pain started. Do you have any idea what it can be?
