What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Brown Vaginal Mucus Discharge Post Removal Of Implanon?
I had my implanon fitted in in July 2013. Shortly afterwards my periods started for 14 days every 2 weeks i was frustrated and i went back to the hospital and i was given oral contraceptives to help with the periods. my periods stopped conpletely and so i decided to take it out in March 2015. Now i still havent seen my period but today i wiped out brownish looking stringy mucus. What does that mean?

I understand your concern.
Implanon is known to cause irregular menses in first few months &absence of periods. The fertility returns back in 6 weeks of withdrawal.
You had removed it in March 2015. It's more than two months after the withdrawal.
-So the blood string you noted is mostly returning of normal menstruation.
- Possibility of pregnancy remains in case you are not using any contraceptive.
