What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Dizziness While On Z Pack?
So I was prescribed z pack for a sinus infection. I started feeling dizzy and nauseous so I only have one pill left and didn t take it yesterday. The problem is is my period was due on the 3rd of this month and today is basically the second day I was late. The strange thing also is usually my boobs hurt a week to two weeks before my actual period. This month they hurt the day before I was supposed to start. Could my missed period be because of the antibiotic or should I think about getting a test? I really don t feel my period coming at all.

I really appreciate your concern, if the symptoms of sinusitis are not much of concern or troublesome then no need to treat this condition else the symptoms that you have are not due to medicine or any other disease but it could be nonspecific, just off the medicine and be patience it will be fine soon if the reason is hormone changes, hope this information helps.
