Hello, female - healthy 28 years old, 5 2 , weight 114 lbs. My period was due Dec. 30 but I didn t get it until Jan. 4 (CD 36). Right when I was done with my period I started getting a lot of egg white until Jan 20th. Then Jan. 22 (CD 19) I started getting cramp and brown spotting until Friday Jan 27th (CD 27) in the morning, then in the afternoon I started bleed think dark blood and cramping even more. The next day I went to the emergency clinic, they didn t have an ultrasound but checked and said it was old blood. I had an OBGYN apt Monday, Jan. 30th and that Wednesday they did an ultrasound. I have 3 small follicles on my right ovary. By then bleeding had stopped. Doc said it might have been a cysts that had ruptured but wasn t showing in the ultrasound. No period yet. Feb. 10th (CD 38) I started cramping, very tender breasts but no period. Pregnancy test came out negative. Today, Feb. 14 (CD42), still no period...Preg. came out negative. I am starting to feel tired, just weird, and just a little bit nauseous, not too much though. I have not been stressed nor have I changed my diet/exercise. My cramping feels like period cramp but still different. When I peed this morning I felt pressure all the way to my lower back. What can it be?
