Hi,

Delayed periods along with frequent urination and abdominal cramps can be caused by a variety of factors, including pregnancy, hormonal imbalances, stress, changes in weight or exercise habits, and certain medical conditions. In your case, the i-pill you took may have disrupted your menstrual cycle, causing your period to be lighter than usual in April.

However, it's also possible that you could be pregnant, despite taking the i-pill. While the i-pill is highly effective at preventing pregnancy when taken correctly, no contraceptive method is 100% foolproof. Some common early signs of pregnancy include missed periods, nausea or vomiting, breast tenderness or swelling, fatigue, and frequent urination.

If you are concerned about being pregnant, the best thing to do is to take a pregnancy test to confirm or rule out pregnancy. It's also a good idea to schedule an appointment with your healthcare provider to discuss your concerns and explore your options for contraception.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi,

While emergency contraception, such as the i-pill, can significantly reduce the risk of pregnancy, it is not 100% effective. Therefore, there is always a possibility of pregnancy, even with the use of emergency contraception.

Delayed periods, frequent urination, abdominal cramps, headache, and dizziness can be symptoms of pregnancy, but they can also be caused by other factors. The only way to confirm pregnancy is through a pregnancy test. It is recommended to take a pregnancy test if you have missed your period by more than a week.

If the pregnancy test is negative, the symptoms could be caused by other factors such as stress, anxiety, hormonal changes, or a urinary tract infection. It is advisable to consult a healthcare provider to evaluate the cause of the symptoms and for appropriate treatment if necessary.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
