What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Frequent Urination And Fatigue?

Hi doctor i am very obese my weight more then 100 kg and i had crisanta ls birth control pills for 3 and a half months and stopped it suddenly after dat i have regular periods since march n now may i missed my period am i pregnant i hv frequent urination and fatigue mood swings also plz guide me.
