What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Frequent Urination And Sore Breasts?
44 year old female, swollen and sore breasts, nipples sore, frequent urination. Have not had a period in three months but have unprotected sex with boyfriend. Could I be pregnant? Took hpt a few days ago before nipples were sore, and result was negative.

As per your history i would like to suggest you that HCG kit / urine pregnancy tests kits are not confirmatory tests for pregnancy.
i will suggest you to undergo a ultrasonography abdomen & pelvis as a confirmatory test for pregnancy.
If pregnancy is negative then considering your age of 44 years, this might me a menopausal symptom also.
