What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Hot Flushes And Sore Breasts?

Hi, my period was due November 4 and it never came. My calendar showed that I was fertile between October 16-22 and it showed my ovulation day was the 21. Well I last had sex on the 22, and I still have had no period... For the past week my breast and nipples have been sore and tender to touch and my areoles have been slightly brown but not too brown and I ve been having constant hot flashes. On October 30 I had some tough dental surgery and I was wandering if that stress from that could of messed up my cycle or if there is a possibility I could be pregnant.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Stress could cause delay in getting periods.
But, in your case, since you had intercourse somewhere around your fertile period, there is a possibility that you could be pregnant.
Kindly get your urine tested for pregnancy by pregnancy kit available over the counter.
In case it shows positive, it confirms you are pregnant.
Otherwise, you need to consult Gynaecologist and get evaluated for what could be the cause for your delayed periods.
