What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Intermittent Abdominal Cramps?
Hello Dr. Iam 27 year old Married women. I missed my period which was on 27th april. My periods are always regular its been never delayed. But my stomach is paining as i have during my periods but not continously. From last week iam suffering from severe gastric problem and feel like iam suffering from constipation as well. Please let me know if these are symptoms of pregnancy. So that I can take care of my self. Thanks & Regards.

Gastritis and constipation are not symptoms of pregnancy. You can take up urine pregnancy test (UPT) which becomes positive 10-14 days after conception.
