What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Nausea And Dizziness?

My last period was on November 26th, 2016. I ve had the normal cramps that come along with a period. I ve also experienced nausea and light headedness. I took a pregnancy test in early January, it came out negative. I ve recently started having a dark brown discharge that doesn t appear on a pad, only when I wipe. This has been happening for about three days now. Is there any chance that I m pregnant? Or could it be from stress?

Hello,

You may need to repeat the pregnancy test another time and make sure it is negative and you are not pregnant.
If the test is negative repeatedly then you are not pregnant. Delay of periods can happen and is not of concern in most cases. If your periods do not come in the next 2 weeks it might be advisable to see your doctor even though in a normal gynecological examination no other tests are needed if periods are lacking for less then 3 months.

I hope I have answered to your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards,
