What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Nausea Post Intake Of Duphaston?

hi doctor, i have regular cycle and last month onwards i am taking duphaston (16-26 day) daily only one but i didn t get my period till now and i am felling nausea increased my breast size today i check pregnancy test it is -ve please advice me is it helpfull to get pregnent i dont have any madical problems iam waiting for baby for 2 years.

Duphaston does not affect the ovulation. if you had unprotected sexual intercourse in the fertile period of cycle then possibility of pregnancy.
Pregnancy symptoms are variable in women but nausea and increased breast size are symptoms of pregnancy due to increased progesterone hormone.
Pregnancy test may be negative id you did 8-10 days before delayed period. (not clear from your history). Repeat the test when period will delayed by 8-10 days with fresh morning sample.
Yes duphaston will help to become in pregnant as you have take in regularly in the second half of pregnancy (make uterine enviornment favorable for conceive) and it does not affect the pregnancy.
Do daily sexual intercourse in 10th to 18th day of cycle.
