What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Pain Below The Ribs?

I do have pains below my two ribs and Before that I do have irregular period then I complained to my doctor she g ave me some drugs hyponidd , femilon, ecospirin then after that my period came out and it is still on but below my two ribs is still paining me seriously.

I don't think that the abdominal pain you are having below the ribs is related to using hyponidd, femilon and ecosprin. None of these medications can cause this pain. It can be related to gallbladder pain or stomach ulcers. Do an abdominal ultrasound firstly to get evaluated then an endoscopy if needed.
