What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Pressure In The Lower Abdomen?
I am almost 40 years old and I had my tubes tied about 5 years ago. I am 4 days late for my period and I am having pressure in my lower pelvic area and bloating. I took a home pregnancy test at 3 days late and it was negative. What could possibly be wrong?

Dont worry about your problem.

1.4 days delay period is not a big deal.it can happen .
2.Pressure in lower abdomen , you have to go for checkup, consult your dr, i think ultrasonogram will helpful for you to determine any problem like benign tumour in your uterus.
