What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Severe Abdominal Cramps?

I haven t had my cycle in 6 weeks which lead us to believe perhaps I was pregnant. We did a pregnancy test but it indicated negative. I was very disappointed at the results. Today I started having severe cramping. I m not sure what to make of it? Help!

Dont worry about ur pregnancy.U please mail us regarding ur regular periods and how long u have been married.The reason might be due to hormonal imbalance.Check ur thyroid once.If u r over weight try to reduce ur weight.
