What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Severe Back Pain And Cramps?

I the last time I having my period was on December 31 and I took two pregnancies tests it came back positives but the doctor said I wasn t pregnant and they did a blood test to it came back negative then I took two at home test again it came back positive now I m having really painful backaches and cramping should I go to the ER and tell them I m pregnant then the can give me a ultrasound to see what going on inside my stomach

Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
* Urine pregnancy test done at home can show false +ve results when-
- THe collected urine sample is polluted.This can happen due to either urinary infection/ vaginal infection & discharge contaminating urine/ unclaen skin conditions of the patient which can contaminate urine sample.
- the container in which urine is collected is not clean & is polluted.
*Blood HCg test has no such errors & so is reliable& best test to confirm pregnancy in doubtful cases.
* USG scanning can confirm pregnancy after 5 weeks pregnancy..( when gesatational sac is visible) which is also variable according to date of conception & regularity of menstrual cycle.
.If you are doubtful you can go for USG scan as a confirmatory test for diagnosing/ excluding pregnancy.
