What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Tender Breasts And Fatigue?
Ok first I m not crazy. I have trying to conceive for a year now post my last miscarriage. I missed my period, by 2 was now. I had a beta and I read less than 1. This was when I was 1 wk late. I still have pregancy symptoms such as tender breast, bad heartburn, fatigue, and dull achieve in my side. Now I must admit the these symptoms go and come for days at a time. Can I still be pregnant?
Since you are trying to conceive & you have delayed periods then wait & watch; if you miss your periods then you should visit your gyne & get physically examined.
Delayed periods can be due to anemia, hormonal imbalances, thyroid issues, stress & anxiety, etc.
Get urine test & blood tests are done to confirm pregnancy. Your gyne may suggest you get USG done for fetal well being.
If your pregnancy test is negative you should get Infertility treatment done for both the partners since you are planning for a baby.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
