What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Vaginal Discharge And Abdominal Cramps?

Hi, so here s my situation. I am 18 and sexually active. The last time i had sex was the last week of february and we did use a condom and I am absolutely positive the condom didn t rip. Now, I can t remember if i had my period or not for March. I think I missed it but I m not sure. I looked online to see why my period would be late and one of them was exercise. March was the first month i did go to the gym consistently for three days a week. I took two pregnancy tests and they were both negative. I know i should probably get a blood test but I can t because I m on my parent s insurance and they would kill me if they found out I ve been having sex. Now, I ve absolutely no signs of pregnancy whatsoever. And today, my underwear was wet and I had some cramps. It wasn t red. It was a clear color. My urine wasn t red either. So my question is, what is going on??? I m worried I could be pregnant or that I might have an infection. I need an explanation. Thanks!
