What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Vaginal Discharge While On Mirena IUD?

I m on the mirena iud and don t have sex on a regular basis. My period wasn t normal last month and I ve been having discharge instead of an actual period. This morning I had chunks in my urine. Please dont tell me my birth control may have failed!!

I really appreciate your concern, such bleeding could be due to hormone changes and this is not the conception, IUD need to be examined, else this is nothing to worry, (You have not mentioned your age, this could be matter of concern ) hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
