Hello,

You have taken pregnancy test and it is negative. You have not mentioned if you are regular CP or took emergency CP, etc. Anyways, if you had unprotected sex and are not on any type of contraceptive device, you may be pregnant. Your symptoms are indicative of early signs of pregnancy. Get clinically examined by a Gynae, get P/V check up done along with USG of uterus and fallopian tube.

You may have to take a repeat test for pregnancy after a couple of days. If pregnant you will be managed accordingly. Sometime, when on contraceptive pills such symptoms are indicative of side effect causing hormonal imbalances resulting in scanty periods, spotting, delayed periods and sometimes heavy periods, etc.

When the body gets adjusted to the hormonal changes the symptoms go away on their own. To prevent acid reflux avoid taking spicy, oily food. Take antacids for relief. Take adequate water and fluids to prevent dehydration as it triggers headache. Take acetaminophen, one stat to get relieve from headache.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
