What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Vaginal Spotting While On Althea Pills?

Good morning doc, I took my last Althea pills last September 30, 2015 my menstruation start October 8 and end October 12, 2015. I wait my next period but until now delayed. Doc, yesterday i saw 1 drop of blood colors brownish in my under wear, and today no sign of menstruation. What should I do doc?

I understand your concern.
Althea is a oral contraceptive with estradiol content. It is known to have menstrual irregularity in form of spotting/ break through bleeding or delayed periods.
So please don't worry & continue taking the pills as per schedule.
