What Causes Delayed Periods And Abdominal Cramps?

Hi. The first day of my last period was August 21st 2016. I had unprotected sex on August 28th and took postinor 2 on August 29th 12 hours apart from each other. I then had sex again on September 10th using the pull out method. My period is now 2 days late but i sometimes get cramps as if my period is about to come. What are the chances of me being pregnant? Or did the postinor delay my period?

Thanks for posting on HCM
Postitnor is an emergency contraceptive, very effective if taken within 72hours of unprotected sex.However efficiency is not 100%. Delayed period with abdominal cramps could be caused by the following medical conditions:
-Pregnancy/related complications
-PIS/STI
I will suggest you take a pregnancy test as if you are pregnant, the test will come positive by now.If test is negative, you see the Gynecologist for evaluation.In this case, you will need a pelvic ultrasound and an STI/PID work-up
