General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, possibility of pregnancy followed by abortion should be ruled out in this case. You can have ultrasound pelvis after consulting your primary gynecologist. High vaginal swab cultures and sensitivity may also be needed to rule out infective causes.

Local examination may also be needed by a gynecologist. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Regards
