What Causes Delayed Periods And Brown Vaginal Spotting?

My period is almost 3 days late. I ve noticed some scanty brown spotting when i wipe with tissue and also a small amount of the brown spotting on my liner. When i went to use the restroom, I ve noticed, today only, that there are brown flakes like small pieces of skin floating in my urine. Could this be from a possible pregnancy or implantation bleeding? Please help.

“As” per your clinical history is concerned do one ultrasound and pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy or any pathological causes responsible for it or not.
