What Causes Delayed Periods And Cramps Like I Usually Get?

I haven t had my period yet like i usually do during this week. I had freaked out and bought a pregnancy test two days before and got it negative. I assumed my period was just late as it s normal for it to start on different weeks of the month. Now I m having horrible cramps like i usually do on the first day of my period but hardly any blood is coming out. What does this mean?

Hi,

You should repeat the pregnancy test after some days again to see if you are really pregnant or better do a trans-vaginal ultrasound.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
