I m 4 days late on my period. haven t had a pregnancy test but I doubt I m pregnant. the last time I had sex was just over a week ago. I ve recently started using Herbalife to lose weight, I ve lost 4 pounds after two days- I understand that s a lot. I have a lot of discharge but no signs of spotting. however I feel like I ve had my period as I ve shown signs I usually get afterwards, I ve read it s possible to have a period but not bleed however this has never happened before. I am worried and would love some advice. thankyou.
