What Causes Delayed Periods And Lower Back Pain?
My period is 12 days late. Today I started bleeding, but only a little bit and only when I pee. My lower back and pelvis hurt horribly, but its not a cramp-its sharp pain. Im really nauseated and I don t wanna eat cause food makes me want to vomit. I took a pregnancy test but it came back negative. Could i still be pregnant?

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a gynecologist and plan for an ultrasound scan.
