Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Vyanse do not have a side effect of alteration in menstrual cycle. Delayed periods can be due to pregnancy or any hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism, hyperprolactemia or polycystic ovarian disease. Since your urine pregnancy test is negative, pregnancy is ruled out. I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated( including hormonal profile and ultrasound) and get appropriate treatment. Hope you found the answer helpful. Wishing you good health. Dr Deepti Verma
