What Causes Delayed Periods And Pain In The Lower Abdomen?

Hi, I m 18 years old. I have missed my period, I m about 40 days late. Took many test all came out negative. My period are normal up until now. About a month ago I have done traveling, could that be a reason why my period is late? I have pain in my left lower quadrant, breast are sore, and pain in my back. No sickness at all is there a chance I could be pregnant? If you could give me some advice on what to do, or what you think that would be amazing. Thank you for taking your time to read this.

First of all if you have any doubt about being pregnant get a urine pregnancy test done. many kts are available to do it at home. some times stress and exertion may also lead to delayed periods
