What Causes Delayed Periods And Pink Vaginal Discharge?

Ive had an IUD in for eight years. it was supposed to be took out three years ago and well life got in the way. well I ve not had a period in eight years till just yesterday. Its not heavy is just like a pink watery blood. what exactly does it mean and do i need to go top the hospital

i would suggest you to get the iud removed as it is of no use beyond the recommended period, instead it could cause infections and of no contraceptive use, better get it removed to avoid complications, and the pink watery blood could be a normal period or may be because of infection.
