What Causes Delayed Periods And Soreness In The Breasts?

hi, I am 10 days late on my period. I had cramps a few days ago but I just thought it was my period coming. My breasts are a bit sore but other then that I have no other symptoms. On monday I will be 2 weeks late and when I was a week late which was on the 7th I tested and it was negative. I have never been this late on my period before

Hello,

As per my clinical experience, both of the conditions including pregnancy as well as hormone imbalance can lead to sore breast with delayed periods. As you are highly regular for your cycles and urine strip test is negative for pregnancy, I would like you to take repeat urine test and if it is also negative get blood test of Beta HCG for pregnancy confirmation.
