What Causes Delayed Periods And Vaginal Spotting?

Sooooo what happened. Was i thought i started my peroid in while driving because i stopped at a convience store because i had to pee. And there was blood... Just a little bit... So i put in a tampon and i just took it out and theres no blood. At all... Im suppose tonstsrt my peroid today or tomorrow... Im on birth control pills. Whats wrong with me? Is it serious?
