What Causes Delayed Periods Despite Taking I Pill Post Unprotected Sex?

I had sex with my gf and after unprotected sex i have given her i pill now she is having delayed period her time was 3 but its 10 now. She checked by pegasure strip on 10th but result was negative . Even then she getting dealy in period . Plz help us ate we need to anything else for sooner periods.

Delay xin periods can be caused by number of factors like
Hormonal imbalances
Stress and anxiety
Infection like STI or PID
Diet

Chances of pregnancy is very minimal with the use of I pill within 72 hours of unprotected sex.

You need not to worry much , she will get her periods very soon
In my opinion she should repeat the test or she can go for an ultrasound to allay her anxiety by ruling out pregnancy

Ask her to maintain good hygiene and have plenty of fresh fruits, multivitamin and minerals supplements
