Hi,

Martinor is a medication that contains Norethisterone, a type of progestin hormone. It is commonly used to treat menstrual irregularities and to induce menstruation. If you have not had a period for three months, it is important to consult your gynecologist to determine the cause of your menstrual irregularity. Your doctor may want to perform some tests to rule out any underlying conditions.

In general, if you are taking Martinor to induce a period, you should continue taking the medication for the full 10 days as prescribed by your doctor. It may take a few days after completing the course of medication for your period to start. If your period does not start within 10 days of completing the medication, you should follow up with your doctor. They may want to perform further tests or adjust your treatment plan. It is important to follow your doctor's instructions and not stop or adjust your medication without consulting with them first.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
