HI im 28 years old i have started femilon tablets on may 10th i did not stop tablets next strip also started my period will come on june 6th but period not come to 6th june what is the reason of delayed periods i will stop the tablets on 18th june .how many days period comes pls sujjest me
Femilon Tablet is a combination medicine used for oral contraception and let me tell you that it may cause delayed or irregular periods so it is not unusual for your periods to be delayed. You should also know that femilon tablet should be taken for 21 days and then gap of 7 days should be kept in between before starting the next cycle. So there is no need to worry unless the periods are delayed by more than 10 days and you can always consult your doctor in that case.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
