HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The coil would not have a long term impact on your ability to have another baby.

Your ability to conceive would return to normal within a short time of its removal.

Pregnancy tests detect the HCG hormone. This hormone is detectable by day 11 to 14 after conception.
If the test was done too early, then you may get a false negative result.

If this is the case, you may want to wait a few days and then repeat.

There are other causes of delayed period , if the test is truly negative eg (1) emotional stress or illness
(2)high levels of a hormone called prolactin
(3)physical illness
(4)abnormal levels of thyroid hormone
(5)side effect of medication
(6)polycystic ovarian syndrome
(7)excess physical activity

If the test is negative and your period remains delayed, then you may want to consider visiting your doctor for an assessment for these conditions.
This would involve examination, blood tests and possibly imaging such as ultrasound.

I hope this helps
