What Causes Delayed Periods Post Unprotected Sex?

Hi....we had sex but ejaculated very close to the vagina on the upper part. My gf took 2 pills afterthat(1within 3 hrs and other the next morning). We had sex when her periods are about to start in next 6 or 7 days.....now they have been delayed by 3-4 days...please help us out with this situation and next steps we should follow??

HI,
I understand your concern.
You have unprotected sex with ejaculation close to vagina( not in vagina), so less chances of sperms entering it.The sex was in premenstrual days which are safe days,.. & she has also taken emergency contraceptive pills ( I believe) which totally remove chance of conception.
THe pills consist of high dose hormone, causing temporary hormonal imbalance & so her periods will be delayed by 8- 10 days .
Remaining doubt can be removed by blood HCG pregnancy test around expected day of menses.
