Hi there. I am late on my period for over a week, never happened before.We are trying to conceive but the tests I did came negative. But I feel very tired all the times my breast are sore and different also Im feeling sick and got indigestion, and my heart is beating like crazy. If Im not pregnant what it can be? Im bit concerned cos my sister has PCOS...

As you are trying to conceive and you have missed your period, it is possible that you can get pregnant. As you have got a negative urine pregnancy test now, my advise for you is to wait for a week to get your periods. If you get your periods by then, it will mean that you are not pregnant. If you do not get your periods even after 1 week then repeat a urine pregnancy test on an early morning urine sample by which you will come to know more accurately about your pregnancy status. If the test turns out to be negative then you need to be evaluated and you will also be tested for PCOD. Hope that answers your question.
