Hello and welcome to HCM,
Three negative pregnancy tests rules out the possibility of pregnancy.
Delayed periods can occur due to pregnancy, hormonal imbalance, stress, anemia etc.
Since, pregnancy is ruled out, other possibilities have to be looked for.
I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment an relevant investigations like ultrasound abdomen and endometrial curreting to look for probable cause of delayed periods.

Thanks and take care
