What Causes Delayed Periods While On Seasonique?

Hello. So im on a birth control seasonique so I don’t get periods for 3 months and im on the sugar pills now. And i am 3 days late now for my period. I have been getting cramps but nothing else. Not even spotting. Could you give me any ideas on what may be going on? Or if i should go to a walk in clinic?

Thanks forr the query. I understand your concern.
Seasonique is two drug hormonal contraceptive in a long action form It has 84 pills of estrogen-progesterone combination (daily once at a fixed time of day ... to be followed by 7 pills of estrogen only pills.
While taking esttogen only pills ... patient can get bleeding....the next pack to be started after finishing last pill of estrogen (weather or not there was period or not )
So you would get Pperiod not esrliet yhan 3 months while on the seasonoque pills.please understand this &follow your doctor's advise to continue the course.
