General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
Zoladex prevents endometriosis by causing thinning of endometrial tissue. So the periods may get delayed. Though it should have been prevented.
You can continue with the pills of Meprate inspire of a single break in taking pill &see your doctor when you get bleeding after the pills.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
