What Causes Delayed Periods While On Birth Control Pills?

I am on birth control and in December had a very light period that only lasted like 2 days. Then Jan. I did not have a period. I am on my period pills now for this month and still no period. I have taken 4 home pregnancy tests and they come back negative. Should I be worried

delayed periods could be related to getting pregnant if you miss one or more pill. very light bleeding could be implantation bleeding
You should do a pregnancy test done to confirm that you are pregnant or not. Pregnancy test could be easily done at home too. Get a pregnancy kit from market. Follow instructions on pack. Presence of 2 lines on test kit after addition of urine means you are pregnant.
