What Causes Delayed Periods While On Birth Control Pills?

I ve been on the lowest dose of the birth control pill for almost 5 months now. A week ago I changed doses because the lowest one wasn t strong enough. I was getting my period every two weeks and now I haven t had my period for a full month which is unusual has my body gotten use to the birth control all of a sudden?

Hi I think it is normal to get your periods monthly rather than every two weeks. So, it is fine. Don't worry about it. Birth control pills with a low dose can lead to breakthrough bleeding but with standard dose will lead to monthly periods. Hope it helps.
