What Causes Delayed Periods While On Medication For Jaundice?

Hi, On the 2nd of March I was diagnosed with jaundice and later on got to know that I’ve got hepatitis A now I’m on medication and feel better though I’m still on recovery period. My last menstrual date was 22nd feb and I still haven’t got down, I usually have my periods 4-5 days prior to my date but I still haven’t got down, I wanted to know if the medication delay the cycle?

Any acute illness may lead to stress lead to altered cycle. At the same time check for urine pregnancy test. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
