What Causes Delayed Periods While Recovering From Glandular Fever?
Hi, I had glandular fever and I am currently recovering, it was at its worst about a month ago. However my period was due yesterday and it hasn t came, my boyfriend and I also had unprotected sex but he did not ejaculate, am I pregnant or is it just an effect glandular fever?
Glandular fever does not affect your periods. Minimum 1 to 2 weeks delay can be there in period’s interval. It is not having any deadline and all. Since you say, your partner had not ejaculated at all in your vagina, then you still can wait for it.
If you are so much worried, then you can always get urine pregnancy test done with morning midstream urine and all your anxiety would be subsided. Hope this information helps you to sort out your problems.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Archana
