What Causes Delayed Periods While Suffering From PCOS?

Hello dr I am suffering from pcos.Since six months i am taking Duphaston for regulating my period.last feb i have taken Duphaston n on 2nd day of my period letroz as prescribed by the Dr. Then we had intercourse for some days after which i did a pregnancy test which was negative. Again on march 21i took Duphaston for 5days but sill now there no sign of period nor pregnancy expect the breast tenderness . I am not able to understand that am i pregant or not ? When should i do the home test?

In PCOS, the main problem is anovulatory cycles. Taking sex steroids can cause insulin sensitivity and hirsutism in females. As per your system, it's likely that you get pregnancy. Do the lab tests first and then check hormones and start Rx accordingly.
