What Causes Delayed Periods While Suffering From Pain In The Spleen?
Hi there- I’ve had ongoing spleen pain for a few years. I’m a 27 year old healthy female. It was enlarged last spring, 2016 then had another mri this fall and it had gone back down. Now, my period is 8 days late, very regular, and all negative tests. I’ve never been this late. My spleen pain has been flaring up again. Are these correlated? Thank you

That is not correlated at all. Both things have nothing to do with one another. Anyways, why did you get splenomegaly, you didn't mention that.
