What Causes Delayed Periods With All The Symptoms Of Menstuation?

Had the mirena removed March 2 2012. Had a period three days afterward for 5-6 days. Today is April 16th and still no period. Have been experiencing lower back pain slight cramping and bloating. Have taken pregnancy tests but all negative. What is going on?
