What Causes Delayed Periods With Lower Back Pain Post Tubal Ligation?
I can figure out what is wrong and I can get into an OB doctor for over a month from now, My last period was on 12/28. I have had my tubes tied since 2012. I have never been late. I kinda feel like my period going to happen soon but I m in so much lower back pain, I have horrible heartburn, been feeling really full as the top of my stupid. Lower back on each side is burning and painful. Like when I ovulation. I have taken 3 pregnancy test since my first missed period. All have come out negative. Any idea on what is the problem and if I should try going to ER
If the urine pregnancy test is negative then maybe it could be an ovarian cyst or some uterine pathology can’t say without an ultrasound examination though. It could also be an ectopic pregnancy but that gives a faint second line on the UPT.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Harshita, Ophthalmologist
