What Causes Delayed Periods With Vaginal Spotting Post Intake Of Emergency Contraceptive?

Hello. This is a bit embarrassing. But i am one of the many women who misused the morning after pill. I have been using it several times per month since January. And i know it should affect the effectiveness of the pill. But i wanted to know what could happen to my body. I have been spotting and ive taken four pregnancy tests and all were negative. Could my period be late? Could i be pregnant?

I really appreciate your concern, if you go on taking hormone medicine for no disease condition then it will cause the great irregularities of menses and that could be very uncertain some time pregnancy could be possibly happens and care need to be taken for that like if it is the amenorrhea then it need to be sent for ultrasonography test hope this information helps.
